About
Our Foundation-level programme is written specifically for organisations looking to develop leaders’ ability to develop coaching conversation with those they lead. This programme is designed for line-managers who are looking to coach within their organisation.

Our Foundation Award is recognised with the EMCC Global Quality Award, and all successful participants will be accredited at EMCC Foundation Level.
What Your People Will Learn
Leaders at all levels will develop the skills required to successfully coach those that they work with.
They’ll begin to learn essential coaching skills based around Sir John Whitmore’s GROW model that can be used within your organisation. They’ll be introduced to the skills required to coach, and the practical arrangements to set up a psychologically safe coaching conversation. They will learn to use coaching style questions in day-to-day conversations and in formal coaching sessions.
They’ll also learn about ethical practice and dilemmas, and how to contract within the organisation.
Accreditation
Accreditation for this programme is awarded by EMCC Global. In the unregulated world of coaching, we believe that accreditation is vital to uphold standards and ethics in the coaching industry. EMCC operates globally to set expectations for best practice in coaching, mentoring and supervision.

How?
We only teach in small groups to create psychological safety. As in coaching, relationships are important, especially within organisations and it’s what we build our courses around.
Our foundation course is bespoke, designed to fit your context – you can choose how it’s delivered; either virtually via Zoom, in-person, or blended. Whichever the delivery method, participants will engage in an experiential way. They’ll get to watch coaches coach, receive feedback on their own coaching and learn more about their preferred coaching style.
Through taught workshops and tutorial supervision, they’ll learn from our excellent and varied facilitators, tutors and supervisors.
